These last two months have been huge for us. We were featured on the front page of the Times of India, presented at the India AI Impact Summit 2026, and launched Property Geo-Intelligence Reports — our first product built specifically for underwriting in Loans Against Property (LAPs) and unsecured business loans.
What makes us different as a firm, culturally and technically, is the depth and precision of our spatial intelligence. Mapping India's urban and semi-urban landscape is extraordinarily complex, and that complexity is exactly where we thrive. The ability to build a digital profile of any borrower or property using just an address or land parcel ID is transformative for underwriting across lending products — and financial services is just the start!
Product Launch: Property Geo-Intelligence
Property Geo-Intelligence Reports give you a precise assessment of any property and its surrounding micro-market. Our models combine satellite imagery, ground data, and administrative records to cover:
- Structure & Verification: Building footprints, heights, and structural conditions.
- Valuation: Market value estimates with confidence bands, plus comparison against circle rates.
- Liquidity & Growth: Estimated sell-ability of the property, plus growth trends from a construction and economic perspective.
- Repossession Feasibility: Formality of the area, planned development status, road access, and neighbourhood type.
- Commercial Concentration & Affluence: Night-time activity, shop concentration and types, luxury-vs-subsistence mix, and amenities density.
- Market Saturation: Stagnation trends, demand-supply dynamics, and footfall tracking.
- Climate Risk: Flood, heat stress, and water scarcity layers.
For BFSI customers, this supports end-to-end workflows — from collateral assessment and mortgage underwriting to branch expansion planning.
Core Feature Addition: Agentic AI in Map View
Our Enterprise Map View has always offered powerful layers, heatmaps, filters, and cross-analysis. But until now, getting the most out of it required knowing exactly which datasets and filters to combine.
The new AI Assistant changes that. Instead of configuring filters manually, you can ask questions in plain language. It understands your organisation's data hierarchy, custom layers, and Terrastack's datasets — so you build views and get answers without needing to know the underlying setup.
In The News: Terrastack in Times of India
Terrastack was featured in the Times of India as part of Google's "A New Era of Innovation" showcase, ahead of the India AI Impact Summit 2026. The feature highlighted our work with Google DeepMind — specifically the Agricultural Landscape Understanding (ALU) and Agricultural Monitoring & Event Detection (AMED) APIs — and how we use them alongside satellite, crop, weather, and administrative data to build land intelligence across India's agricultural landscape.
At the Summit, we presented in the "Global Impact of AI on Agriculture" session, showing how spatial intelligence is driving measurable outcomes in agri lending, land records modernisation, and bio-residue tracking.
What's Next?
In the coming weeks, we're:
- Expanding our agri intelligence reports to 3 new states — UP, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.
- Expanding property intelligence coverage beyond Maharashtra.
- Launching LAP-tuned and MSME-specific reports on www.terrastack.ai.
- Rolling out the AI Assistant to more enterprise accounts.
